The amendments
Vermilion voters approved Amendments 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and rejected 2, 5 and 10, matching where the statewide count stood with all but eight precincts in. Amendment 10, on tax breaks for fixed-up blighted property, lost in Vermilion by just 96 votes.
